Affiliate Manager Role OverviewResponsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's network of affiliates, introducer and strategic partners to drive client acquisition, increase revenue and trading activity, and support the company's overall business growth while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates, Introducer, and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to maximize engagement and business growth.
- Introduce and explain partnership programs, products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with affiliates to develop effective marketing campaigns and client acquisition strategies.
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Prepare regular reports on partner performance, client acquisition, deposits, trading volume, and other KPIs.
- Coordinate webinars, seminars, campaigns, contests, and other partner engagement activities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to resolve partner issues and enhance the overall partner experience.
- Ensure all affiliate and partnership activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Objectives- Grow the number of active affiliates and Partners.
- Increase client acquisition through affiliate and partner channels.
- Drive higher client deposits, trading volume, and overall business activity.
- Improve partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Contribute to sustainable revenue growth and support the bank's strategic objectives.
Skills & Qualifications- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in affiliate management, partnership management, sales, business development, or account management.
- Understanding of digital marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities using CRM and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, investment products or fintech is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
