Affiliate Marketing Executive (Consumer Product)

Location: Damansara

Salary: up to RM6000

We are partnering with a well-established international consumer lifestyle brand to hire an Affiliate Marketing Executive to support its growing e-commerce and social commerce business in Malaysia.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about TikTok Shop, Shopee, affiliate marketing, KOL/KOC management, and live commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow affiliate marketing programmes across TikTok Shop, Shopee & Lazada

• Source, coordinate, and maintain relationships with KOLs, KOCs, livestreamers, and affiliates

• Support campaign planning, product seeding, promotional activations, and affiliate performance tracking

• Coordinate with agencies, enablers, and platform representatives to execute campaigns effectively

• Assist in planning and hosting TikTok Live sessions to drive engagement and conversions

• Monitor live commerce performance, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI

• Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to optimize online sales performance

• Stay updated on social commerce trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, E-Commerce, Social Commerce, or Digital Marketing

• Hands-on experience managing KOL/KOC collaborations and affiliate campaigns

• Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting/live hosting on TikTok Live or similar platforms

• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada, and social commerce ecosystem

• Strong communication, coordination, and content execution skills

• Passionate about digital trends, beauty/lifestyle/home appliances/consumer products industry
