Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end development and management of commission-based creator partnerships, focusing on expanding KOC resources on platforms like TikTok and Shopee. Negotiate and convert fixed-fee collaborations into pure-commission models to minimize upfront marketing costs.
2. Independently manage the entire partnership lifecycle, including creator sourcing, outreach, sample distribution, contract negotiation, and campaign execution to ensure timely launch.
3. Monitor post-campaign performance, track data, and handle commission settlements. Take ownership of creators GMV output and content publication volume, driving traffic growth through a zero fixed-cost model.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators in private communities. Foster engagement and identify high-potential S-tier KOCs through incentive mechanisms and activation strategies.
5. Continuously explore and onboard new KOCs from platform affiliate backends, third-party tools, and private community channels to expand and optimize the brand's creator pool.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with working proficiency in English.
2. 2+ years of hands-on experience in KOC/affiliate marketing, preferably within the beauty/skincare industry.
3. Proven experience in negotiating and managing commission-based partnerships. Experience converting paid collaborations into commission models is a strong plus.
4. Strong negotiation skills with a sharp cost-awareness and results-driven mindset.
5. Data-sensitive, proficient in using spreadsheets or basic BI tools for performance analysis.
6. Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage the full partnership cycle from initiation to closure.
