Job Description:

Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-quality B2B partners (Networks / App Partners etc.) to join our affiliate program.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their main point of contact to ensure high engagement and sustained activations.
Campaign Development: Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing initiatives to fulfill Shopee campaign objectives while meeting Partner requirements.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor partner performance metrics, track conversion rates, and optimize ways of collaboration to increase Shopee ROI.
Commission & Compliance Management: Manage the affiliate commission structure, ensure accurate tracking and timely payouts.
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities, track partner activities, drive projections and other

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimally 1-2 years experience in partner development and management. Proven ability to build, maintain and leverage relationships.
Strong analytical thinking - proactive in analyzing data, tracking metrics, reporting on performance and next steps.
Innovative problem-solving skills able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs.
Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
