Job Description

Job Description:

  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-quality B2B partners (Networks / App Partners etc.) to join our affiliate program.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their main point of contact to ensure high engagement and sustained activations.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing initiatives to fulfill Shopee campaign objectives while meeting Partner requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor partner performance metrics, track conversion rates, and optimize ways of collaboration to increase Shopee ROI.
  • Commission & Compliance Management: Manage the affiliate commission structure, ensure accurate tracking and timely payouts.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities, track partner activities, drive projections and other

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimally 1-2 years experience in partner development and management. Proven ability to build, maintain and leverage relationships.
  • Strong analytical thinking - proactive in analyzing data, tracking metrics, reporting on performance and next steps.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs.
  • Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
