Manage Affiliates - Build and maintain strong relationships with Shopee's affiliate partners - from onboarding to tracking how well they perform and keeping them engaged.
Campaign Coordination - Work with internal teams and external partners to plan and run affiliate campaigns and activities on different platforms.
Performance Optimization - Use data to evaluate how well campaigns are doing and make improvements so engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI) get better over time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other departments - such as marketing, analytics, operations, and product - to ensure campaign goals are aligned and affiliate operations run smoothly.
Market Research - Keep up with the latest trends in influencer content, new formats, and what competitors are doing, so Shopee's affiliate program stays innovative and effective.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Experienced in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Campaigns
Experienced in managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or content creators
Comfortable using data and Excel/Google Sheets to drive performance decisions
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Passion for e-commerce, social media, and creator economy
