Payroll Account Acquisition and Management

  • CDevelop and execute strategies to acquire new payroll accounts from corporate clients and SMEs.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing payroll clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and understand client needs to recommend appropriate payroll and deposit solutions.

Deposit Growth and Cross-Selling

  • Drive deposit growth by promoting payroll accounts and cross-selling related products and services, such as personal loans, credit cards, and employee financial planning solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions tailored to the payroll segment.

Client Engagement and Onboarding

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new payroll clients, including employee enrollment and account setup.
  • Provide personalized support and conduct regular client engagement activities to strengthen relationships.

Market Insights and Strategy Development

  • Stay informed about payroll trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the bank's payroll product offerings and client experience.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor and track the performance of payroll accounts to ensure deposit growth and client retention targets are met.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on payroll segment performance to management.
