After-sales Engineer Singapore / Malaysia (Chinese Company)

Salary: 400,000600,000 RMB/year

We are working with a growing Chinese, Singapore-based tech company (300+ employees) providing cloud migration, microservices, and PaaS platform solutions. Flexible remote work is possible initially, with occasional visits to client sites.

Candidate Requirements:

• 25 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containers
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience with private cloud environments
• Fluent in Chinese and English

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and implement the container cloud PaaS platform
• Conduct platform deployment, functional & performance testing, and user training
• Support clients in cloud migration and platform usage
• Prepare documentation, case studies, and conduct technical sharing sessions
• Provide upgrade support and troubleshoot platform issues
