Job Summary:

As an After-Sales Executive, you will be a key contributor to our after-sales efforts, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination and support for our dynamic teams.

Your responsibilities include after-sales support, marketing coordination, customer relationship management, and various administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

After-Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with the after-sales teams, including the Sustainability Officer and After-Sales Officer, to facilitate timely after-sales processes & tracking in our Telematics System
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Support spare-parts tracking, receiving goods, stock count, and providing regular updates to the After-Sales Officer

Sales & Marketing Coordination:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing team to generate quotations, sales invoices, delivery orders, and delivery preparations
  • Communicate with customers via email to ensure the quotation is reaching the team

Marketing Coordination:

  • Support the marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and promotion activities

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and update customer databases, entering accurate and complete customer information
  • Communicate with customers in relation to the new product launch
  • Respond to customer queries and requests, providing relevant information and support promptly

Material Sourcing:

  • Conduct material sourcing and research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Assist in analysing market data to contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies 

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or marketing support roles
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
