The Qualifications We Seek
- 4-6 years of experience as a core IT Business Analyst in Agile environments (non-negotiable)
- Strong hands-on experience using Jira for creating and managing user stories, tickets, and backlogs (non-negotiable)
- Proven expertise in end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Strong experience conducting impact analysis for system changes and new feature development
- Hands-on experience working within sprint-based Agile delivery teams alongside developers and QA
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, backlog refinement, and sprint planning processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines
Your Daily Tasks
- Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of Construction Management systems, including features and functions
- Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to analyse user stories and use cases and create detailed acceptance criteria
- Schedule and facilitate workshops with Product teams or SMEs to refine and capture all requirements
- Contribute to the design of new features and collaborate with Development teams to break down solutions
- Analyse existing systems to conduct accurate impact analysis for changes and new feature introductions
- Act as a liaison between Development and Product teams to clarify questions and requirements
- Collaborate with developers to address technical requirements
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve usability
- Conduct Business Acceptance Testing to validate critical business functions, ensure requirements alignment, and confirm system stability before downstream testing
