Agile IT Manager

Key responsibilities:

Require a Project Manager from Security Background.

Problem Solving, Impediment resolution

Must have an extensive knowledge and experience in security, but an understanding in technical aspect would be an advantage

Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans, including resource planning, resource allocation, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments.

Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Budget Management: Monitoring project finances, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to the approved budget.

Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Problem-solving: Resolving project-related issues and challenges promptly, while maintaining a focus on the project's objectives. Removing roadblocks in a project.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with client expectations.

Change Management: Adapting to shifting project requirements and managing changes while minimizing their impact on project scope and schedule.

Reporting and Documentation: Generating comprehensive project reports, documentation, and lessons learned for future reference.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project management effectiveness.

Working closely with different Business Units to define business requirements and scoping and translating into dev brief for the team.

Able to run project using all Kanban / Scrum /Extreme Programming (XP)/Feature-driven development (FDD) /Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) /Crystal/Lean /Adaptive Project Framework/ Scaled Agile /.

Scrum Master/Product Manager or equivalent
