Your Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale and complex projects / multi-project environments
- Own and maintain an integrated project plan (scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources, quality, communication)
- Define and establish suitable delivery models to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate and monitor work packages and team activities
- Manage project communication flow and stakeholder alignment
- Track and report project status regularly to stakeholders
- Prepare project proposals and estimate project costs
- Act as the primary interface with customers and stakeholders
- Lead and structure project teams, ensuring optimal resource utilisation
- Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and data security requirements
Agile & Scrum Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Agile mindset and ensure adherence to Agile values and principles
- Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and impediments
- Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners and development teams
- Act as Scrum Master across multiple Scrum teams (3–9 members per team)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward high performance
- Support sprint planning, execution, and achievement of sprint goals
- Enable continuous improvement within Scrum teams
- Guide teams on scaling Agile practices (e.g. SAFe or other frameworks)
Requirements
Must-Have
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of total working experience in IT or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment
- Experience handling multiple Scrum teams across different projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to identify obstacles and drive resolution proactively
Nice-to-Have
- Agile certifications (e.g. PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent)
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience in coaching other Scrum Masters
- Experience in large-scale Agile transformation
