Your Impact
As an AGPS Specialist, AI & Automation, you will play a key role in transforming global procurement operations through intelligent automation.
You'll design and deploy scalable AI- and workflow-driven solutions that reduce manual effort, enable touchless processes, and significantly improve efficiency and productivity across regions and systems.
Your work will directly support AGPS's mission as the operational backbone of Asahi Global Procurement, delivering measurable business value at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across global procurement processes, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and data-driven workflows.
- Integrate automation solutions seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as SAP Ariba and the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle—from requirements and solution design to testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure automation solutions are stable, well-documented, and compliant with data security, access controls, and AI governance standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, data, and global stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency gains and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- University degree and strong proficiency in English
- Professional experience in AI and automation
- Advanced knowledge of Copilot and Power Automate
- Solid experience across the automation lifecycle: design, build, deploy, operate, and optimize
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
- Experience in multinational environments; procurement experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
