Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, spend baselines, and analytical models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high data integrity.
Analyse procurement, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Support global category teams and complex procurement projects by providing structured analysis, reports, and fact-based materials for decision-making.
Use analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL, automation tools) to create scalable, repeatable, and automated reporting solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting standards, and analytics processes across the global procurement function.
Present insights in a clear and business-relevant format and support users in understanding dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, with relevant experience in procurement, analytics, reporting, or data-driven roles.
Experience working with Procurement systems, ERP platforms, or data management tools, with strong skills in Excel and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, develop dashboards, and translate data into clear business insights.
High attention to detail with a structured approach to work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in an international environment.
Experience with automation, SQL, advanced analytics tools, or Agile ways of working is an advantage.
