As an AGPS Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving efficient, compliant, and value-driven procurement operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless
Sourcing & Contract Enablement, executing
Spot Buy & Low Value Sourcing, and strengthening
Supplier Enablement to support business continuity and cost optimization.
You will act as a key enabler between stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring speed, accuracy, and governance across all procurement activities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sourcing & Contract Enablement activities, ensuring timely execution of sourcing events and contract readiness to support business needs
- Execute Spot Buy & Low Value Sourcing with speed, accuracy, and compliance to procurement policies
- Drive Supplier Enablement, including onboarding, system readiness, and ensuring suppliers meet operational and compliance requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient, fit-for-purpose procurement solutions
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, risk controls, and governance standards across all activities
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver cost/value benefits
About You
- Proven experience in procurement operations, with strong exposure to sourcing, spot buying, and supplier onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, low-value sourcing in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, compliance, and contract enablement
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Comfortable working with procurement systems and digital tools to drive process excellence
