Shape the Future of AI in Logistics
We're looking for an experienced AI & Analytics Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI and Agentic AI initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
This is a highly strategic role where you'll partner with business leaders, IT teams, and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities, define AI use cases, and transform innovative ideas into scalable business solutions.
You'll combine strong product management expertise with hands-on AI knowledge to evaluate emerging technologies, prototype solutions, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable business value while aligning with DHL's AI governance, security, and ethical standards.
From Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to Agentic AI and enterprise-scale machine learning solutions, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of AI within one of the world's leading logistics organisations.
What You'll Do
Drive the AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Lead the strategic roadmap and execution of the AI and Agentic AI portfolio across APAC.
- Align AI initiatives with business priorities and regional transformation goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for AI project requests across the region.
- Manage project intake, prioritisation, governance, and portfolio visibility.
- Build strong partnerships with global teams to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative solutions.
Deliver AI Solutions
- Partner with business and technical teams to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects—from discovery and business case development through implementation and continuous improvement.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, testing, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Agentic AI
- Machine Learning
- Enterprise AI deployment
- Ensure compliance with DHL's AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, and ethical standards.
- Monitor solution performance and drive ongoing optimisation.
Drive Innovation
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.
- Conduct hands-on prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and experimentation where required.
- Manage relationships with external AI vendors and solution providers.
- Develop reusable AI frameworks, standards, and best practices across APAC.
- Promote innovation by identifying new AI use cases and pilot opportunities.
Engage Stakeholders & Enable Change
- Build trusted relationships with business, IT, regional, and global stakeholders.
- Present strategic recommendations and project updates to senior leadership.
- Lead change management activities including communication, training, adoption, and business readiness.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the APAC Leadership Team.
- Lead cross-functional project teams throughout the lifecycle of AI initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Industry Experience
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Experience working within complex global organisations.
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation or AI projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong product and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior executives and C-level leaders.
- Experience with AI prototyping and solution validation.
- Strong change management and organisational transformation capability.
- Curious mindset with a pragmatic, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
Regional Experience
- Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and business functions.
- Comfortable collaborating with both virtual and geographically distributed teams.
Education & Qualifications
- Master's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Digital Transformation.
- At least 4 years experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Data products.
- Demonstrated expertise with LLMs, Agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms, and modern AI tools.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, AI, or related certifications are highly desirable.
