We are looking for an AI Business Automation Specialist to lead AI adoption and business process automation across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify manual processes, implement AI-powered solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Business Automation
- Identify manual, repetitive, and paper-based business processes suitable for automation.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Drive paperless initiatives and streamline workflows across multiple departments.
- Evaluate and introduce AI tools that enhance business operations and employee productivity.
Digital Transformation
- Work closely with business users to understand operational challenges and recommend digital solutions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives through workflow redesign and automation.
- Support the organization's digital transformation and AI adoption roadmap.
AI Tools & Workflow Automation
- Develop and implement workflow automation using suitable AI and low-code platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing business processes where applicable.
- Monitor solution effectiveness and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
User Enablement
- Conduct AI awareness sessions and user training.
- Promote AI adoption and best practices across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to users in adopting new AI tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI, business process automation, digital transformation, workflow automation, or related fields.
