Responsibilities
About the team The CapCut and Jianying-Security and Compliance department is responsible for the safety and privacy of all global products, including but not limited to privacy security, youth safety, end-to-end security and ecology of AIGC, content safety, risk control security, departmental compliance processes, crisis response, regional legal compliance, information security, social responsibility, and more. The team closely collaborates with various central departments of the company to ensure the smooth development of products. The team primarily consists of Product and Operations who are based across Beijing, Shenzhen, and San Jose. The work environment offers high flexibility and abundant opportunities for growth. Responsibilities - Lead data annotation projects, comprehensively manage the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, and ensure the achievement of performance targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Serve as the primary liaison for key internal stakeholders, translating product or business needs into clear annotation project requirements, coordinating and defining objectives, supporting workforce management planning, and developing delivery plans - Drive delivery governance and cross-departmental collaboration, establishing an operational rhythm, execution review, and escalation handling framework across quality assurance (QA), supplier, and business teams - Monitor data dashboards, identify anomalies, conduct data and root cause analysis to ensure quality and efficiency, and integrate project data to provide in-depth insights and recommendations to management and cross-departmental partners - Lead continuous improvement, identify process gaps, design and implement workflow optimizations, and collaborate with tool development teams to drive automation and scalability improvements proactively identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead operational changes and transitions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above, with strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with regional or global teams in a fast-paced environment. - At least 1 year of project management experience in AI data annotation, large-scale data operations, content quality control, or related fields - A proven track record of successfully driving project and operational execution with cross-functional teams and third-party supplier partners. - Own the data skills (proficient in Excel, basic SQL, and able to develop data dashboards), and experience in using data-driven methods to analyze performance and conduct root cause analysis. Preferred Qualification(s) - Familiarity with model/Large Language Model (LLM) training and evaluation is preferred - Experience in using or implementing machine annotation or human-machine hybrid annotation workflows is preferred.
