Job Title: AI Developer Copilot Studio & Azure AI

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Role Duration: 612 months (extendable)

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote (enterprise environment)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to augment our delivery team and support enterprise Copilot and AI agent development using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

The resource will work hands-on in designing, building, integrating, and operating production-grade AI copilots aligned to enterprise security, governance, and DevOps standards.

Mandatory Technical Requirements (Must-Have) Copilot Studio (Required)

Demonstrated hands-on experience building production copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio

Ability to:

oDesign end-to-end conversational topics and orchestration logic o Configure dynamic prompt instructions and fallbacks o Integrate copilots with backend APIs and enterprise data sources o Deploy and manage copilots in Microsoft Teams or M365 channels

Important : Vendor resource must confirm at least 2real ( medium high complexity) project delivered using Copilot Studio

Azure AI Foundry (Required)

Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry including:

oAgent creation and orchestration o Tool/function calling o Prompt templates and grounding o Agent evaluation configuration

Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns

Important: Conceptual knowledge alone is not sufficient

Generative AI & LLM Engineering (Required) Strong experience with Azure OpenAI

Practical knowledge of:

oPrompt engineering (few-shot, role-based, task prompts) o Token management and cost optimization o Hallucination mitigation and grounding strategies

Experience using embeddings and vector search

Azure Cloud & Integration (Required)

Hands-on experience with Azure services:

oAzure Functions o Azure Storage (Blob) o Azure AI Search o Azure Key Vault

Secure integration using:

oAzure Entra ID o Managed Identities / App Registration

API-based system integration (REST)

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

Experience extending copilots to:

oMicrosoft Teams o Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)

Exposure to:

oMulti-agent architectures o Model evaluation frameworks o Hybrid search or metadata-based ranking

Microsoft certifications (AI-102 or Azure Developer)

Prior experience in regulated enterprise environments (financial services, insurance, healthcare)

Deliverables & Expectations The resource is expected to:

Deliver production-ready copilots and AI agents

Integrate copilots with enterprise systems and data

Follow enterprise security, governance, and Responsible AI standards

Work collaboratively with internal product, cloud, and security teams

Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
