Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
- Experience: 35+ years in DevOps, with at least 1 year of specialized experience in AI/ML infrastructure and operationalization.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficient in AWS and Azure, with a proven track record of deploying and managing native AI/ML services.
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, including hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, Generative AI models, and the practical application of AI use cases.
- Orchestration: Deep technical understanding of containerization, specifically in architecting and managing Docker environments and Kubernetes clusters.
- Observability & CI/CD: Advanced knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and logging, paired with expertise in designing robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Great TeamHi, my name is Deepa Krishnan and I'm a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2014, when I took a role as Project Manager in the Integration - IBB team. Gaining more hands-on experience with logistic business has always fascinated me, so I moved to the DCG team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed to Senior Project Manager role. In 2018, I moved to a management role, being Team Manager of DCG Customer Integration. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition technology. Looking forward to having you onboard!
