Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain server hardware and infrastructure components
- Configure, deploy, and upgrade system environments
- Ensure system reliability, stability, and availability
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure or system issues
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system controls
- Support integration with telephony systems (SIP trunking)
- Handle data ownership, backup, and management processes
- Work closely with internal teams to support operational and deployment nee
Requirements:
- Basic experience or knowledge in server hardware components
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems such as RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, firewall, routing, NFS/NAS, and NTP
- Experience or exposure to package management tools (yum/apt-get)
- Experience in configuring and deploying environments
