This is an internship position, not a junior or full-time role. Please ensure you have an official internship placement letter from your faculty.

THE ROLE

We are looking for two driven, curious interns to join our COO's office and contribute directly to the digital transformation of our business operations. You will help us build AI-powered tools and intelligent workflows to improve how we work — making our processes smarter, faster, and more scalable as the group continues to grow.

This is a systems-thinking, hands-on role. You won't be shadowing anyone — you'll be designing, building, and testing real solutions that go live within the group. Expect to work across operational, HR, and business functions, collaborating with senior leadership along the way.

The work is deliberately broad and exploratory in nature. We will shape the project scope with you based on your background and where you can create the most impact.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not looking for the perfect CV. We're looking for people who think in systems, learn fast, and get things done. If you're the type who sees a broken process and immediately starts redesigning it in your head - read on.

You're a strong fit if you are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in:

• Business Administration or Business Information Systems
• Operations Management or Business Operations
• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
• Human Resource Management or Industrial/Organisational Psychology
• Digital Business, Technology Management, or a related interdisciplinary field

And you:

• Have hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools beyond Word and Excel
• Are comfortable with AI tools — you've used them, experimented with them, and see their potential
• Write clearly, think logically, and can map out a process or workflow without much prompting
• Take ownership — you flag blockers early and follow through on what you commit to

Bonus if you have:

• Prior project experience in system design, process improvement, or digital tools
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Copilot, or any low-code/no-code platform
• A portfolio, GitHub, or any personal project that shows you build things — not just study them

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

Positions Available: 2 (both under the Group COO's office)

Duration: 3 – 6 months, flexible to your university's internship requirements

Start Date: Rolling intake — we review applications as they arrive

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer, Ditrolic Energy Holdings
