Job Description:
As an AI-Driven Data & Insights intern, you will own data, reporting, and applied-AI initiatives that support leadership decision-making and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and automate reporting pipelines and dashboards that support leadership decisions across the AI Office portfolio
- Ensure data accuracy and quality by validating key metrics and proactively identifying issues before they reach stakeholders
- Prepare monthly performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and automate manual workflows
- Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) for LLM-powered tools or agents to support workflow efficiency - report generation, data interpretation, or process automation
- Experiment with prompt design, tool integration, and basic agent workflows to enhance productivity use cases
- Support chatbot and fraud/risk analytics - measure impact and surface insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights that inform business decisions
- Experience with applied AI, LLMs, or automation comfort with LLM APIs and prompt engineering is a strong plus
- Proven ability to ship - production work, hackathons, or personal builds (please share examples)
- Attention to detail, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently
