Job Description
As an AI Transformation PM, you will be responsible for creating and delivering on the vision of an AI transformation. You will guide and lead the execution of AI transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Develop comprehensive strategies to drive AI transformation initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
Analyze complex challenges and design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing processes and systems.
Support continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and recommending enhancements.
Share expertise to influence best practices and elevate the overall quality of AI and data projects within the organization.
Advanced proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture is required.
Intermediate proficiency in Organizational Design and AI & Data Operating Model, along with advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and AI & Data Platforms Strategy, and beginner proficiency in AI Adoption are suggested.
