We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong expertise in prompt engineering and Azure GenAI to design and deploy AI chatbots, digital assistants, and intelligent automation features for our HR and payroll platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prompt engineering and LLM workflow for payroll system
- Design high-quality system, role, and multi-step prompts tailored for HR/ payroll use cases
- Evaluate, test, and refine prompts to improve accuracy and consistency
- Build knowledge hub and maintain knowledge bases (indexing, chunking, metadata design)
- Develop RAG pipelines to deliver accurate, context-aware AI responses
- Explore new Azure AI tools (Agents, Assistants, orchestration features)
- Share best practices, innovate and collaborate with engineering on AI feature integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 3+ years in SaaS development with hands-on AI/ chatbot deployment
- Proven track record of Python and Typescript programming
- Strong foundation in algorithms, OOP, and API design
- Solid prompt engineering experience (system prompts, constraints, multi-turn flows)
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or other cloud LLM platforms
- Excellent verbal and written English. Foreign language will be advantageous
