We are seeking a AI Engineering Lead to lead our AI-First Initiative developing AI-enabled platforms and intelligent automation to enhance how cybersecurity services are delivered, managed, and scaled.
We are looking for a highly capable AI Engineering Lead to help build the foundation of this transformation.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional software engineering role.
You will work directly with senior leadership to design and build AI-powered systems that improve operational efficiency, knowledge management, decision support, and customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex real-world problems and wants to shape the future of AI adoption within a high-growth technology company.
Responsibilities
AI Platform Development
- Design and build AI-enabled applications and services
- Develop agentic workflows and intelligent automation
- Integrate large language models into business processes
- Build reusable AI components and services
Solution Architecture
- Design scalable and maintainable system architectures
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies
- Define engineering standards and technical direction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
AI Operations & Governance
- Improve reliability, accuracy, and observability of AI systems
- Establish evaluation and testing frameworks
- Support security, compliance, and governance requirements
Leadership
- Serve as a technical leader within the AI engineering function
- Mentor future team members
- Contribute to long-term technology strategy
Requirements
Software Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience building APIs and backend services
- Experience with databases and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Docker and modern development practices
AI Engineering
- Experience with some of the following: Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and workflow orchestration, Prompt engineering Vector databases, AI evaluation and testing
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Experience with one or more: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes
