We are looking for an experienced AI Governance Lead / AI Lead Engineer to architect and lead enterprise-scale multi-agent AI ecosystems with strong focus on governance, observability, compliance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead multi-agent AI ecosystems with enterprise governance and compliance.
• Design and implement agent-based solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Define AI policy gates, compliance guardrails, ethical AI frameworks, and governance standards.
• Establish telemetry schemas, structured logging, dashboards, observability, and reliability monitoring.
• Lead MCP integration and enterprise middleware orchestration for secure agent communication.
• Design tool brokerage and policy enforcement mechanisms across AI agents.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering Teams, Security, Compliance, and Business Stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and provide strategic technical leadership.
• Drive architecture decisions to ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, observable, and production-ready.

Required Skills

Strong experience in AI/ML Engineering, Generative AI, and Enterprise AI Architecture

Hands-on expertise with LangChain and LangGraph

Experience designing Multi-Agent Systems and Agentic AI architectures

Strong knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Compliance, and Ethical AI

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration

Expertise in AI observability, telemetry, structured logging, monitoring, and dashboards

Experience implementing policy gates, guardrails, and secure tool orchestration

Strong architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor engineering teams
