We are seeking a Local Talent for AI Implementation Engineer to translate operational workflows into practical AI-powered automation across construction and engineering operations, partnering with business and technical teams to build AI agents, automation pipelines, and system integrations that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document operational workflows across project management, reporting, and document handling
- Identify high-impact opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Design and implement practical AI-driven automation solutions aligned with business needs
- Build and deploy AI agents using Claude Code and similar agentic AI tooling
- Integrate automation solutions with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and project/CRM systems using APIs
- Develop structured prompt libraries and reusable skills definitions for reliable AI outputs
- Build document processing pipelines to extract, transform, and route project data
- Automate operational and project status reporting currently performed manually
- Develop data pipelines connecting project systems to structured reporting for leadership insights
- Implement RAG-based solutions enabling AI agents to access company knowledge and project documentation
- Collaborate closely with operations leadership and subject matter experts to design effective solutions
- Document developed automations to ensure maintainability and internal knowledge transfer
Key Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency in agentic AI tooling, specifically Claude Code or comparable tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot Agents)
- Strong working proficiency in Python and/or Node.js / TypeScript for building automation scripts and backend integrations
- Demonstrated experience integrating cloud APIs, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise platforms
- Proven capability in prompt engineering, creating structured prompts that generate consistent and reliable outputs
- Practical experience building and managing data pipelines, including ingesting, transforming, and routing structured and unstructured data
- Working knowledge of the Google AI development ecosystem, including Gemini Code Assist, Google AI Studio, Firebase, or Vertex AI
- Hands-on experience using Antigravity tooling, including Agent Manager, multi-workspace execution, and SKILL.md definitions for custom agent behaviour
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, pgvector, or Weaviate (preferred)
- Exposure to construction or engineering platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or similar project systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices for collaborative development (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while delivering practical AI automation solutions
