We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our talent pipeline and support the delivery of our services. As part of DHL IT Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of reinforcing DHL's position as the global leader in transportation and logistics through IT integration, project management, consulting, development, and end-to-end support services for DHL business units worldwide. We welcome students who are adaptable, eager to learn, and excited to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, process documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, and training materials.
• Organize and maintain team knowledge repositories to improve information accessibility, consistency, and reusability.
• Collaborate with team members to document business processes, application functionality, operational procedures, and project-related knowledge.
• Support testing activities, including test preparation, test execution support, test result documentation, and test data preparation.
• Assist the team in evaluating and experimenting with AI-powered tools and solutions, such as Microsoft Copilot, custom agents, automation tools, or proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Support basic automation, scripting, or development activities under the guidance of team members where appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Research technology trends, best practices, and relevant topics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other assigned tasks under the guidance of team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Current Academic Result: CGPA 3.0 / Second Class Upper (Hons).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and contribute effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to organize information and present technical content in a clear and structured manner.
• Interest in technology, digital innovation, AI, or software development.
• Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of Python programming, Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies, Exposure to software testing, documentation, knowledge management, or automation tools and Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Confluence is an advantage

• Internship period of minimum 3 months
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
