The Machine Learning/AI Specialist develops and implements AI-driven solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights and decision-support tools for business and operational stakeholders. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases, design appropriate ML or GenAI approaches, and ensure solutions are practical, explainable, and deployable. Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development, including the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.
- Experience in application integration using APIs and integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, including data preparation, analysis, and deriving insights from structured and unstructured data.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision, and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Build, optimize, and evaluate AI/ML models, including Computer Vision and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and business value.
- Translate business requirements and complex datasets into scalable AI solutions, recommending use cases that enhance customer experience, automation, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, deploy, and optimize AI models in production environments through APIs and deployment pipelines.
- Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve AI solutions by enhancing model performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
