- Daily user of AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codex or similar.
- Familiar with AI design tools such as Claude Design, Figma AI, v0 or Lovable for UI/UX design.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
If your experience is mainly limited to traditional Java backend development and you cannot independently deliver a complete product, this role may not be suitable for you.

Responsibilities
You will own the complete product development lifecycle, including:
- Design and build full-stack Web applications.
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
- Build frontend applications and integrate with backend services.
- Design databases and optimize application performance.
- Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing and documentation.
- Create UI/UX prototypes using AI design tools.
- Deploy and maintain production-ready Web applications.
- Participate in architecture design and continuously improve engineering workflows.
Requirements
Must Have
- Full Stack development experience.
- Java, Spring Boot and MySQL.
- RESTful API development.
- Git and good software engineering practices.
- Ability to independently deliver complete software products.
- Experience using AI coding tools in daily development.
- Experience using AI tools for UI/UX design.
- Good English communication skills.
- Fluent Chinese
Nice to Have
- FinTech or payment systems.
- Blockchain or Web3.
- Crypto wallet development.
- Docker, Kubernetes or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Redis, Kafka or RabbitMQ.
