AI product manager- Finance Domain Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance AI Product Manager to drive the development, pre-sales engagement, and delivery of AI-powered finance solutions for enterprise customers.
This role combines the responsibilities of a Finance Transformation Consultant, AI Product Manager, Solution Architect, and Delivery Lead, serving as a key bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The successful candidate will help organizations leverage AI Agents, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation technologies to transform finance operations and unlock measurable business value.
Key focus areas include Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and next-generation Finance AI Agents.

Position Summary
The Finance AI Product Manager is responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering AI-powered finance transformation solutions, bridging business needs and technology innovation to drive measurable customer value and successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

1. 3‑6 years hands‑on Product Manager experience, with proven track record deliveringproduction‑grade LLM / Generative AI / Agent / RAG features(POC‑only experience is insufficient).
2. Solid understanding of large‑language‑model capabilities and limitations practical exposure to prompt engineering and RAG workflows.
3. Demonstrated experience writing PRDs, user stories & acceptance criteria full‑lifecycle SaaS product delivery experience.
4. Hands‑on experience collaborating with distributed, cross‑functional global teams across multiple time zones(Lenovo default working model).
5. Fluent business English for meetings, documentation and stakeholder communication (non‑negotiable).
6. Basic awareness of enterprise‑software data‑privacy compliance requirements.
7. Practical working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have)

1. Mandarin‑speaking capability, to collaborate efficiently with Lenovo China headquarters (strong plus, not mandatory).
2. Prior experience within Finance, ERP or PTP financial SaaS domain.
3. Hands‑on exposure to Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
4. Familiar with BI / Metabase for product metric analysis.
5. Previous working experience within a large multinational enterprise.
