Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Solutions / Product Specialist to design, deliver, and deploy AI solutions-particularly LLM and NLP-based projects-from concept to customer acceptance. This is a customer-facing role combining technical expertise, project delivery, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan end-to-end AI solutions, including architecture, data pipelines, system integration, and deployment.
- Lead AI project delivery, customer demos, training, and acceptance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, clearly articulating AI product value.
- Support product promotion and business growth through customer engagement.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AI, Deep Learning, Vision Language model (VLM) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Solid experience in NLP (e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, machine translation, Q&A).
- Experience with data preprocessing, model fine-tuning, and model integration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Experience
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Relevant 2+ years of experience in AI project development or delivery.
- Logical thinking and problem solving mind-set.
- Prior experience delivering AI products or customer-facing AI solutions is an advantage.
