Job Summary
To lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven and machine learning solutions to solve HR business problems, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to interpret results and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage key AI innovation projects.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives within HR, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct HR workflow, process audits to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for Al modelling.
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Act as a technical advisor for HR Al initiatives.
- Perform rigorous testing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and usability.
- Integrate Al solutions into business processes, gather user feedback, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver Al projects.
- Stay current with AI trends and best practices.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in data science, AI development, software development, IT system management, and engineering roles.
