We're now looking for an AI Risk Control Specialist to join our Risk Control team in Kuala Lumpur and help build next-generation, AI-driven risk systems. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered risk control models across core products, including spot, futures, OTC, and token issuance.
• Detect abnormal user behavior, prevent arbitrage abuse, and mitigate potential security threats.
• Develop user behavior profiling, risk tagging, and fraud detection frameworks to support real-time risk scoring.
• Build and maintain real-time risk monitoring and alerting mechanisms, contributing to automated risk engines.
• Analyze trading data, on-chain data, and user activity logs to identify high-value features for model training.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, wallet, compliance, and customer support teams to deploy AI risk solutions at scale.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or risk modeling (crypto or related industry experience is a strong plus).
• Solid proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using models such as XGBoost, LightGBM, or deep learning frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking, data intuition, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: Familiarity with crypto-specific risk patterns such as multi-account arbitrage, wash trading, or illicit activity detection.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese language skills are highly preferred for collaboration with regional teams.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is a strong advantage.
