Job Description

Job Purpose:

The AI Solution Specialist / Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation initiatives, leveraging multi-platform AI technologies and cloud-based AI services to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report and provide regular updates to Head of AI & Automation

2. Accountable for identifying and managing AI use case pipeline across business units

3. Engage stakeholders to:

  • understand business processes
  • identify automation opportunities
  • define AI transformation initiatives

4. Develop AI use cases including:

  • problem statements
  • expected outcomes
  • KPI / TAT improvements

5. Perform process re-engineering leveraging AI capabilities

6. Translate business requirements into:

  • AI-enabled workflows
  • automation logic
  • decision frameworks

7. Support deployment of AI solutions across platforms including:

  • Microsoft Copilot / Power Platform
  • n8n, Dify and similar AI tools

8. Work closely with engineering teams on:

  • AI solution design
  • model selection (multi-LLM approach)
  • system integration approach

9. Support adoption of cloud-based AI services including:

  • Azure AI ecosystem
  • AWS AI services

10. Drive AI adoption through:

  • Stakeholder engagement
  • capability building
  • training initiatives

11. Execute and support AI Champion framework across business units

12. Ensure all AI initiatives comply with:

  • Data governance
  • Risk management
  • Regulatory requirements

13. Track business impact including:

  • productivity improvement
  • cost savings
  • turnaround time reduction

14. Develop reporting dashboards and performance monitoring mechanisms

15. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful AI adoption

16. Manage business escalations and ensure alignment with transformation objectives

Requirements:

1. Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Data Science, Engineering or related field
  • Certifications in AI / Data / Business Analysis are an advantage

2. Experience

Minimum 5 – 8 years experience in:

  • Business analysis
  • Digital transformation
  • AI or automation initiatives
  • Experience in banking / financial services is preferred

3. Technical Skills (Mandatory)

  • AI use case design and solutioning
  • Business process analysis and redesign
  • Understanding of AI technologies and automation platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystem (Azure / AWS)

4. Technical Skills (Strong Advantage)

  • Exposure to multi-model AI (LLM ecosystems)
  • Experience with:
  • Copilot / AI agents
  • n8n / Dify / AI workflow tools
  • Knowledge of:
  • Prompt engineering
  • AI-driven decision-making
  • Analytics and reporting tools
