About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions & Enterprise Applications Manager to lead our AI adoption journey across the organization.

This role goes beyond developing AI models—you will identify emerging AI technologies, evaluate enterprise AI solutions, and implement practical applications that improve productivity, automate business processes, and accelerate digital transformation across departments such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Administration, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the organization's AI strategy and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
Research and evaluate the latest AI technologies, trends, and enterprise AI platforms from both local and global markets.
Design, develop, and deploy AI applications that improve business efficiency and user productivity.
Build enterprise AI assistants (e.g., AI Butler, enterprise chatbot, internal knowledge assistant) to support employees in their daily work.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Generative AI, AI Agents, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code technologies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions.
Integrate AI applications with existing enterprise systems, including ERP, HRMS, MES, CRM, procurement, and other business platforms.
Monitor enterprise system integrations and ensure AI applications operate securely, reliably, and efficiently.
Drive AI governance, user adoption, and change management across the organization.
Continuously explore new AI capabilities and recommend innovative technologies that create business value.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI application development, enterprise applications, software engineering, or digital transformation.
Experience building AI-powered enterprise solutions using technologies such as: Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Enterprise Chatbots, Workflow Automation, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI, LangChain / LangGraph (preferred)
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, HRMS, MES, CRM, or procurement platforms.
Strong understanding of AI trends and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional business teams.
