About the Role:
As an AI Trainer - Audio, you will play a key part in training the large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models audio performance with a specific focus on emotional intelligence, helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.
About You:
- It is preferable to have experience in one of the following fields:
- STEM
- Audio (production, audio engineering, etc.)
- Voice Acting
- Video Editing
- Video Content Creation
- OR you can possess demonstrably high attention to detail and an eagerness to learn
- Have a passion for gaming, especially those experienced in narrative-driven or role-playing games
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience working with AI models (including RLHF, fine tuning, evaluating, comparing, auditing model data)
- Previous experience working with data (including data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting)
Responsibilities:
- Annotate audio-based game content such as dialogues, scripts, and TTS (text to speech)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players gaming experience
- Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & voice style rubrics in an effort to improve audio and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
- Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models and audio and video generation technologies
