  • Plan, Manage and deliver AI related transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support squad lead in delivering AI based transformation for the bank.
  • Carry out business analyst function for AI system user requirement, system integration and UAT/SIT planning.
  • Carry out end to end process transformation workshop to identify pain points and AI based use cases to improve customer journey.
  • Draw As Is and To Be process maps, User Requirements, Testing Plan, etc
  • Carry out peer analysis and relevant research prior to engaging with stakeholders to firm up pain points and solutions.
  • Prepare RFQ, RFP, POC requirements with stakeholders and work on implementation by liaising with various stakeholders and realize identified benefits.
  • Work with stakeholders to carry out validation of POC for identified use cases, firm up business case and work with various stakeholders to present in various committees.
  • Be patient and good listeners to narration of pain points by various stakeholders. Validate assumptions, narrations and pain points
  • Liaise with solution providers within / external to RHB to identify and propose solutions to stakeholders
  • Drive to conclusion basis on assumptions and convert ideas to actions as agreed with stakeholders.
  • Initiate, run, manage and track project (at various stages) started as a result of agreement with stakeholders to resolve identified pain points
  • Think laterally, so that 360 deg view of process / project is obtained. Holistic impact of actions are analyzed prior implementations.
  • Act as change / continuous improvement ambassador for the identified initiatives
  • Aid Squad Lead, to engage and present to GMC members, SBS/SFS, SBG/SFG and BG/FG Heads on the proposed initiatives and getting the buy-in, approval and sign-off.
  • Prepare and complete the proposal paper/memo for any proposed initiatives to secure GMC / SBS / SFS / SBG / SFG / BG / FG buy-in, approval and sign-off.
  • Undertake other assignments as required.

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field

Level Of Experience

  • 3-5 Years of working experience in transformation / process improvement within Banking industry or consulting.
  • Good experience in using various forms of AI (Gen AI, Agentic AI etc.) to improve productivity at enterprise level.
  • Prior experience of AI implementation.
