Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an AIA Life & Corporate Advisor based in Malaysia, with flexibility for remote work. The Advisor will be responsible for providing financial solutions to meet customers protection and financial security needs at various life stages. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, conducting financial needs analysis, and recommending suitable products to address their requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to conduct financial needs analysis
• Customer-focused approach
• Diploma & above is strongly encouraged
• Minimum 2 years of working experience is required

Remuneration

• This is a commission & allowances based job. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to earn up to RM15,000 allowance - monthly in addition to the commission rate structured stipulated in AIA's Agency handbook.
