Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cyberjaya with some flexibility for remote work. As an AIA Takaful Advisor, you will engage with clients to provide tailored Family Takaful and financial protection solutions to meet their diverse needs. Key responsibilities will include assessing client financial goals, providing sound advice, and maintaining lasting relationships for continued trust and service. You will also identify and capture new opportunities for growth while ensuring excellent customer service to existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships, guiding customers through financial solutions effectively.
  • Sales and advisory skills with the ability to identify customer needs, suggest tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Family Takaful, financial planning, and insurance products, with the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with self-motivation and time management abilities to thrive in both independent and team environments.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual consultations, financial reporting, and managing client records.
  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, finance, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to continually learn and stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements.
