Life Planner (AIA Malaysia)

As a Life Planner, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families plan, protect, and secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional advice on financial planning, protection, savings, medical and retirement solutions

Understand clients needs and recommend suitable AIA products

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Conduct regular reviews to ensure clients plans remain relevant

Participate in training, coaching and development programs provided by AIA

Grow your personal brand and client base ethically and professionally

Requirements & Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, disciplined and goal-oriented

Willingness to learn and grow in the financial industry

Basic digital and social media skills are an advantage

No prior experience required (training & mentorship provided)
