AIDC IT Infrastructure & Support Engineer (Bilingual Mandarin)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & AIDC Support Engineer to support daily operations, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities within a data center. The role involves supporting server infrastructure, network equipment, hardware deployment, operational documentation, and coordination with internal and external technical teams.

The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in IT infrastructure support, data center operations, and technical troubleshooting with good communication and coordination skills in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day IT infrastructure and data center operational activities to ensure service stability and operational efficiency
  • Perform installation, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of servers, storage systems, and network equipment
  • Participate in new data center deployment and expansion activities including structured cabling, rack integration, hardware staging, commissioning, and infrastructure validation
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, logistics, and equipment delivery to support business and project requirements
  • Support server commissioning, hardware testing, firmware checks, OS deployment, and basic infrastructure validation
  • Monitor infrastructure health and provide first-level troubleshooting for server, network, storage, and hardware-related incidents
  • Support preventive maintenance, asset tracking, inventory control, and spare part management
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining SOP, MOP, EOP, operational workflows, and technical training materials
  • Ensure operational activities comply with internal procedures, safety standards, and SLA requirements
  • Provide on-site technical support for customer or business-critical systems within the data center environment
  • Support operational reporting, documentation updates, and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in standby or 24x7 operational support arrangements when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, enterprise hardware maintenance, or data center operations
  • Good understanding of server hardware, storage systems, network infrastructure, and data center operational practices
  • Familiar with rack servers, structured cabling, hardware troubleshooting, and infrastructure deployment activities
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or data center environments is highly preferred
  • Exposure to data center build-out, migration, commissioning, or infrastructure deployment projects will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with SOP/MOP/EOP preparation, operational workflow development, and technical training material documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel domestically or internationally when required
  • Experienced in GPU infrastructure, AI clusters, or hyperscale data center environments.
