Job responsibilities:
- Key account acquisition and strategy development:
- Responsible for sales to top-tier internet companies (e.g., Google, Amazon, Oracle) and cloud vendors. Develop tailored Account Plans, and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification, project initiation, bidding/tendering, to contract signing.
- Execution of enterprise-level projects:
- This is the core requirement of the role. Candidates must have experience working with supply chains or infrastructure procurement processes of hyperscale tech companies such as Google, Amazon, Oracle, etc.
- Senior stakeholder management:
- Build long-term, stable trust relationships with key decision-makers such as technical executives, infrastructure teams, and procurement departments. Accurately map and navigate client organizational structures and procurement processes.
- Cross-functional coordination & delivery assurance:
- Align internal R&D, product, supply chain, and delivery teams to ensure technical solutions match client requirements and guarantee on-time, high-quality project delivery and payment collection.
- Market intelligence:
- Identify power and energy constraints in data centers driven by AI compute growth, gather competitor intelligence, and feed market insights back to help optimize product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors include Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 5+ years B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 1 year focused on data center infrastructure sales.
- Must-have requirement:
- Familiar with hyperscaler supplier onboarding processes, technical evaluation standards, and tender/bidding procedures.
- Candidates with existing overseas client resources or experience leading relevant large-scale sales projects are preferred.
- Strong capability in key account sales methodologies, complex deal structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder balancing.
- High self-drive, resilience under pressure, and strong results orientation.
Preferred background:
Cloud vendors such as CoreWeave, Nebius, IREN, Oracle Cloud, etc. Candidates with overseas client networks are preferred. Strong preference for candidates with existing connections to large enterprises like Google, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.
Compensation: Base 9-14K SGD + Bonus
