Air Filtration Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple air filtration projects from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall progress.
• Travel to customer sites for project meetings, inspections, installations, troubleshooting, and progress reviews as required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate project teams while maintaining high performance and accountability.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 4-5 years of Project Management experience in the air filtration industry.
• Experience with companies involved in the design, manufacturing, and installation of air filtration systems is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer and project sites.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial air filtration, dust collection, HVAC filtration, cleanroom, or environmental control projects.
• PMP or other Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, project documentation, and installation processes.
