Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across key market segments
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
Market Insights & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Align sales strategies with operational capabilities
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for air freight services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience in air freight sales or logistics sales
- Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
