Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key market segments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Align sales strategies with operational capabilities
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for air freight services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Proven experience in air freight sales or logistics sales
  • Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
