How you create impact

  • Manage and coordinate airfreight shipments accurately and on time, ensuring all customer transit time and service requirements are met.
  • Execute bookings, prepare documentation, and monitor shipments from start to finish - proactively handling any deviations.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Gateway, Warehouse, Customs, and Optimization teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
  • Secure capacity and competitive buy rates with carriers or partners through KN gateways.
  • Ensure compliance with all air transport regulations, KN standards, and industry guidelines.
  • Drive process improvement and system optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and visibility.
  • Support account implementation and the transition from sales to operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What we would like you to bring

  • Background in Freight Forwarding, ideally with over 2 years of airfreight experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills when dealing with internal and external partners.
  • Solid time management and ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
