Key Responsibilities: -
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners
- Promote and sell airline products and services to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings when required
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate client and other partners.
- conduct regular client visits, presentation and negotiations to secure and grow accounts.
- conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
- provide feedback to management on potential opportunities and areas for improvement.
- work closely with Airlines to ensure optional fare pricing and inventory management.
- Promote special offers and fares to maximize revenue during peak and low seasons.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Airlines products and services.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including socio media, email marketing and print ads.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning of Airlines in all marketing materials.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, industry events and customer outreach initiatives.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and initiative to increase repeat business.
- Monitor customer feedback and implementation improvement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Provide monthly performance reports with recommendations for future actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willing to attend office or client meetings occasionally
- Preferred base: Penang
