LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Responsible for handling, coordinating import/export procedures and related documentation.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.

• At least 2 years working experience in logistics & operations required, preferably having worked in multinational trading companies and frozen food industry.

• High level understanding of purchase/sales order system, supply chain and international trades will be a plus.

• Knowledge in full set ocean export documentations including shipping documents/bookings.

• Knowledge in import documentations, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and customs-related documents.

• Experience in freight forwarder will be an advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal parties.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up on shipment and logistics issues in a timely manner.

• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.

• Good command in both written and spoken English.

• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• A good team player capable to work under pressure.

• Strong computer skill in MS Office software.

• Immediate available is preferred.
