About Us:

We are a fast-growing, Muslim-owned F&B group in Malaysia with a strong presence in the local dining scene. We currently own and operate three well-known restaurants in Kuala Lumpur - Khan's Indian Cuisine (The Sphere, Bangsar South), Locarasa (Bamboo Hills) and Bricks & Butter (The Linc KL).

Our restaurants feature modern, beautifully designed interiors with large, fully equipped kitchens, providing an excellent and professional working environment for culinary teams.

As part of our aggressive expansion plan, we are in the midst of opening 7 new restaurants specializing in Pastries & Bakeries, Malay, Western and Italian cuisines. Our long-term vision is to become Malaysia's largest Muslim-owned F&B group.

We are now looking for experienced and passionate culinary professionals in Pastries & Bakeries to join our expanding team and grow together with us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Food Preparation

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with the restaurant's standards and cuisine style.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to hygiene and safety standards.

2. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with colleagues from different culinary specializations to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen environment.

3. Kitchen Leadership (Senior Pastry Chef/ Sous Chef)

  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely service delivery.

4. Menu Development & Innovation

  • Continuously develop and refine menu offerings, recipes, and plating techniques.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and market trends to create innovative dishes.

5. Costing & Resource Management

  • Monitor food costs, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
  • Implement strategies to reduce leakages while maintaining quality and consistency.

6. Kitchen Standards & Practices

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
  • Implement and uphold systematic kitchen processes and standards operating procedures (SOPs).
